Oh yeah, I just went there, and it’s dirty! I wanted to call this ‘Reese’s Peanut Butter Cake’ because that’s exactly what it tastes like. In the interest of copyright I should probably leave the name off… but you get the idea. This is a little involved to make, but don’t be put off by […]
I apologize, I never think to take a photo before I put my filling in a crust, so I don’t have decent photography for this recipe. I will make a point to update this with the next cake or pie that I make! This is my oldest stand-by. I use this crust for any type […]
Walking through my local grocery store bakery department, I spotted some beautiful cannoli, and remembered how much I love(d) them. Of course, I started devising a way to get all those flavours into something low-carb. The shells would be a bit more of a challenge.. I haven’t attempted that yet but it’s in my radar. […]

This is a versatile crust that goes well with any dessert that would be complemented by a coconut flavour. It bakes up quite light and flaky, but sturdy enough to support even a heavy cheesecake.
This recipe was adapted from Peace Love and Low Carb’s “Just like the Real Thing Lasagna” recipe. I used the concept of the ‘cheese noodles’ and combined it with the way I have always made my lasagna.. and it tastes pretty darn close, considering pasta noodles don’t bring much to the table in terms of […]
You can make this as carby or non-carby as you like, depending on what you put in it. This is usually my ‘whatever I have in the fridge’ recipe. The sweet potato is a nice substitute for potatoes, but if you’re strict keto you may want to leave it out.
Is there anything better on a cold day?
